April block lotto – candy bento box

Here are the instructions for the block lotto for our April 12, 2018 meeting. I changed my mind slightly on the color palette – let’s not use white, and instead mix these spring pastels with CHOCOLATE!   The block instructions can be found here. November 2016 Meeting Recap

The November Mad Mod meeting was held the 10th. There were 45 people in attendance; 16 were visitors!!!! (Two of whom joined after the meeting) Natalie, chair of the MQG Charity Quilt Challenge, discussed what is ahead and asked for the committee to meet briefly after the general meeting.  The finished quilt is to be mailed early in February. October Meeting

August Meeting

August 11, 2016 the Madison Modern Quilt Guild met at HyVee on Whitney Way. Announcements included a view of the two quilt tops completed at a July sewing day for #Pulse.  Gloria, Catherine, Amy P., Linda, Tracy, Lori M., Shara and Cheryl spent the afternoon piecing rainbow hearts..
