Timing

Friday, April 19th – Retreat begins at 9:00 a.m.

Saturday, April 20th – all day

Sunday, April 21st – Retreat ends at 4:00 p.m.

The retreat room will have doors locked at night through early morning so that everyone’s things will be secure. If you want to come or go during the times that the doors are locked, you can check in with the front desk and they will let you into the space.

Food

Below are the selected snacks and timing so you can plan accordingly.

Friday, April 19th
Snack 2:00 p.m. Sweet & Salty Break – popcorn, pretzels, cookies, assorted bars, Coca Cola products, coffee, and tea

Saturday, April 20th
Snack 3:00 p.m. Fiesta Break – tortilla chips, seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese sauce, onions, tomato, fresh guacamole, black olives, sour cream, jalapenos, salsa, Pico de Gallo, mini churros, Coca Cola products, coffee, and tea

Sunday, April 21st
Breakfast 9:00 a.m. Garden Break – assorted breakfast pastries, bagels with cream cheese, fresh fruit, fruit juice, bottled water, coffee, and tea

Equipment

Ironing Stations – four stations will be placed strategically around the room and are available for use

Cutting Stations – four stations on risers will be placed around the room with large cutting mats and rotary cutters available for use

Design Walls – two to three design walls will be available for use during the retreat

These sample cups are made by Linda Orr. For this swap, the maker gets to choose which size they want to make. These will be swapped at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 20th.
