- activity will be making name tags – Please bring your supplies and your machine. Seats will be limited to 20 for those who would like to sew/bring a machine. You will need to use the Google form to sign up to reserve a spot to sew. See the Google form link that will be sent to your email. More people can attend to visit and socialize!

- $200 registration fee, includes snacks each day & door prizes

*Blue Bar Quilts Hallway gallery – March 2024
-Guilds are great for inspiring and encouraging one another. Gael, the owner of Blue Bar Quilts, has provided the opportunity for the guild to have a show in the shop hallway during March 2024. Pick out a quilt that you want to show off & include it in our show. Any size will work! Members will receive an email with a link for a Google form to sign up. Please plan to include: the size of the quilt and an artist’s statement detailing your inspiration, technique/materials used, pattern used (if applicable), long-arm quilter used (if applicable). This information will be transcribed to a card to hang with your quilt. Drop off will be at Blue Bar Quilts, date/time to be determined.
*January 2024 postcard swap
- swap with Southern Comforters Quilt Guild in Maryland (one of our member’s former guilds)
- sign up will occur via a Google form sent to your email, sign ups close January 25th
- swap partner will be assigned by January 27th
- postcards should be mailed by February 28th

*Meeting Topic: Build your Guild
Guild members broke out into breakout rooms on Zoom for discussion about all guild meetings and events that occurred last year. Members then joined back together for a large group discussion using these questions and a list of all events from last year to guide the discussion:
- What were 2 or 3 things you really enjoyed from last year?
- What were 2 or 3 things we should eliminate/not do again?
- What are 2 or 3 things you would like to add/do in the upcoming year(s)? Who would you like to see our group bring in as speakers?
Lots of great discussion occurred among members, and we ended the meeting with a fun and robust Zoom show & tell!
