We LOVE meeting at Blue Bar Quilts however we are really close to being over capacity and breaking fire code.
Membership needs to come together and find a solution.
There are many options available to us with many pros and cons. Some options could include staying at BBQ but requiring RSVPs to attend monthly meetings OR renting a larger space elsewhere.
To address this issue we are holding a special meeting Thursday, October 25, 6 – 8 p.m. at Blue Bar Quilts in Middleton. Please be prompt.
If members decide they would like to pursue another venue we will require volunteers to lead that initiative.
RSVPs are CRITICAL for this meeting as supplies are needed to conduct this workshop.
