It is time for the February meeting, Thursday the 9th ,6;30 in the Whitney Way HyVee Community Room…..please join us for some quilting fun!
Our program will be a presentation by member David on his quilting process. His quilts are fabulous and it is NO accident!
If you are interested in being part of the fabric “challenge” featuring the Color of the Year, Greenery, please sign up on the Facebook page. You’ll be able to pick up your complimentary fat quarter at the meeting. In March we’ll all bring the items that we made using this fabric . Details on FB.
Those of you who signed up for the Riley Blake challenge may pick up your fabric at tomorrow’s meeting. Message me if you need to make alternative arrangements .(Celeste, Catherine, Trudy, Trina, Gloria)
Charity will be collecting pet beds (12×18, 18×24″), any 12.5″ odd blocks that you want to be rid of/donate, personal care items for bags, pillowcases…a limited amount of fabric for these will be available at the meeting.
The deadline for entries into the Sun Prairie Quilt Show is March 1; the show is held March 26,27,28.
The $25 dues for 2017 are due now or even last month!
We always have a “Free Table” for sewing related items that you no longer want…be sure to stop by in case there is something that you would like to have..
