Please join us for the January meeting!
Maday will be collecting kennel quilts/pet blankets for charity. Make them 12″x18″ or 18″x24″ with a back , front and batting. These are a great place to practice your quilting stitches. Some of us need a LOT of practice.
Bring the oldest of your quilt-makes and share your quilt journey with us. It will be fun to see where we all began this wonderful adventure called quilting!
If you haven’t already signed up, check the Facebook page to be part of the “greenery’ challenge. The Events committee will distribute fat quarters of the 2017 Pantone Color of the Year for…Greenery. Finished projects to be shown at the March meeting…they can be whatever you choose…..first come, first served on the fabric distribution, hence the need to sign up.
We have a Free Table at meetings for sewing related items that members no longer want: one person’s trash…..etc. Fabric, fabric scraps, notions, books, patterns……
Dayna will be collecting the $25 dues for 2017. Some of us forgot to do that at the December meeting.
