Over the weekend of October 23-25, thirteen lucky Mad Mod members attended the first-ever Mad Mod retreat at the Jones Mansion in Mineral Point.
It was a blast! There was lots of sewing, advising, eating and some very late nights.
The facilities were great; it is a wonderful old home with a wonderful attic workroom and the most fantastic irons!
I certainly wish that I had put more thought into the packing….I could have used more projects.
It was such fun to see the wide variety of work being done!
Be sure to attend the next couple of meetings as the attendees will be showing their work from the retreat.
The next retreat has already been scheduled for February 19-21, 2016. There are only 13-14 spots so reserve via a check to attend.
