Good Afternoon MMQG!
As you know, our November meeting will be held at Stitcher’s Crossing. A few members expressed concern that the meeting space might not be large enough.
I have calculated the average number of attendees over the past year. (Yes, we keep track!) The average number of attendees is 20. (The range of attendees over the past year has been between 10 and 28.)
I brought your concern to Sharon at Stitchers Crossing and she stated she has 35 chairs available for us to use and would have room for 10 more if you brought your own chair. 45 attendees is a 60% increase over our largest gathering to date. I am confident this space will suit us well for a long time. If if appears to be too small as we grow membership we will look into a larger space. In the meantime:

All future monthly meetings will take place the second Thursday of each month at Stitchers Crossing.
