Have you heard? There’s an awesome new way to shop hop! It’s called the Row by Row Experience.
Row by Row Experience is a shop hop that began in 2011 with 20 participating quilt shops across the state of New York. Over the past 4 years it has grown so much that this year it will include shops from all 50 states, and several Canadian provinces!
Beginning on June 21, 2015, each participating quilt shop will have their own unique row pattern that they will give to you for FREE if you visit their shop this summer. There are no fees or passports with this shop hop. Some shops will also have their own fabric license plates available for purchase which are cool to incorporate into your project to show where you’ve been. Here is an example of a fabric license plate from Bungalow Quilting and Yarn in Ripon, WI.
There is also an optional contest with this shop hop. If you’re the first person to finish a quilt using at least 8 different row patterns from 8 different shops and bring it to a participating shop, you will win a stack of 25 fat quarters!
The Row by Row Experience shop hop goes from June 21 to September 8, 2015. You can bring in a completed quilt for a prize until October 31, 2015.
