The Monona Library is celebrating it’s 50th year – woohoo!They are having several events throughout the year. One is a Downton Abbey themed tea party on April 27. Time for February’s Block Lotto! This month’s palette is a frosty berry smoothie. Lilac, lavender, raspberry, blackberry, and orchid. The block is called Patchwork Wheel and is available here.
