June: My Favorite Color (RAINBOW)

June is my favorite month! Not just because it is my birthday (June 17th! You can send me cards at 104 Elm… …. Haha, Just kidding!). June is my favorite month because the daylight is long, summer officially begins, …. And June is LGBTQ+ Awareness and Pride month, so that means: RAINBOWS! Rainbows Everywhere! (Rainbow Happy Dance!). In celebration of my favorite color (Rainbow), for June Block Lotto 2022 we will do a Rainbow Log Cabin block.

Ok, ok, I’ll be the first to admit some of my Low Volumes in my example block might not be “low” enough, but that’s the joy of scrappy blocks!

This block uses 2.5” wide strips, so this could be a good scrap busting block!
